All-You-Can-Eat Sushi in Frederick, MD!
If you are a sushi lover, Panda Sushi in Frederick, Maryland is a must visit. They offer all-you-can-eat EVERYTHING! I was so excited to finally try an all you can eat sushi spot, because I do not have one close to where I live. I was impressed with the size of their menu at Panda Sushi, and everything is bottomless. Obviously, the main attraction is the sushi, but they also serve up delicious hibachi, appetizers, noodle and rice dishes, and sweet desserts!

Sushi Panda just recently celebrated their grand opening in August of 2025. They redesigned an old Pizza Hut and transformed the interior into a beautiful Japanese-inspired oasis. They are serving up Japanese cuisine like no other! The atmosphere inside is warm and inviting. The beautiful woven light fixtures, and wood finishes really give it that comforting feel. Up towards the front of the dining room, you can see the sushi chefs hard at work, making perfectly crafted, tasty rolls at lightning speed. Their high-quality fish and vegetable ingredients are always on display to show customers just how fresh their food is going to be.

When visiting Panda Sushi, you can expect to find different pricing depending on what time of the day that you are dining. Their lunch menu, which is Monday- Friday until 3 p.m., offers all-you-can-eat for $16.99 if you are an adult. Children aged seven to eleven can eat lunch for $8.99 and children aged three to six can eat for $5.99! The lunch menu offers soup and salad, appetizers, rice and noodle entrees, and of course sushi. They do not offer hibachi for lunch, but if that doesn’t bother you, definitely dine in for lunch and save a couple of bucks!
Panda Sushi starts serving dinner around 5 p.m., and depending on the day, they close at either nine or ten p.m. Adults are charged a $25.99 flat fee for your pick of the entire menu! Children aged seven to eleven years old eat for $13.99 and children aged three to six can eat dinner for $8.99. One of Panda Sushi’s rules, however, is that they do not accept food waste, and there are additional charges for leftovers. Make sure to order wisely while you are there so you do not have additional charges if your eyes get hungrier than your stomachs!

My personal favorite menu items during my visit included the Kani Salad which is a crab imperial salad with mayo and other seasonings; super tasty! I also really enjoyed the Crazy Monkey Roll which I was apprehensive about at first but ended up really enjoying. The Crazy Monkey Roll is packed with a fried banana, topped with crabmeat and served with mayo and chef's special sauce. The hibachi is definitely a must try if you go to Panda Sushi. My boyfriend and I enjoyed the Hibachi Steak which was packed with mouthwatering flavor and perfectly cooked veggies.

I will definitely be going back and can’t wait for my next visit to Panda Sushi!
